FAQ

When is the event?

The event is a two day event starting on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 at 8am until 5pm, and ending on the event's second day Thursday, April 27th, 2023 from 8am until approximately 12pm.

Where will the event be held?

The event will be held in the hotel portion of the Embassy Suites.  The hotel is attached to the Rogers Convention Center although the conference location is in the ballroom immediately left of the hotel lobby.  Parking is free and on a first come, first served basis. 

Will there be local accommodations at the event?

Yes! The Embassy Suites is the conference location as well as an overnight accommodation. It is located at 3303 S Pinnacle Hills Pkwy, Rogers, AR 72758. Please consider how we share this hotel with our speakers and other guests and plan to get your room accordingly at the link provided here.

What if I'm flying from out of town?

The preferred airport for guests traveling from out of town in Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA). Travel time from the hotel is estimated to be 20 minutes. Here you can find a map from the airport to hotel. The link to the airports website can be found here.

What is the dress code?

The conference's dress code will be business casual.
